As long as I can think I loved taking photos.. during trips, or at our landscape projects, from our kids and pets.. at family parties, high speed or macro close-ups .. you name it ..
My very first mirror reflex camera was a Nikon F70 .. the kind that you had to put in a roll of film and when full you got the pictures developed .. to find out, if they came out blurry or over-exposed .. feels like a loooong time ago ?
And as soon as there were digital cameras and I could afford one, my new partner in crime was a Nikon D90. Oh joy .. did I loved taking photos and seeing the results right away !!!
It didn’t take long and I got a Nikon coolpix P5000 and an Ikelite housing to take photos under water .. a whole new world awaited and quiet a learning experience .. since all my first pictures came out blue and I thought my camera was defective.
Learning by doing and soon enough I saw better results .. anxious to take more and better photos.
Today I carry with my my Nikon D7100 and a still growing lens collection to almost everywhere I go, but if traveling light: even my cellular phone takes great snap shots.
